Meet Patrick Linskey

Owner/Sole Proprietor

My name is Pat Linskey, and I am a Heating & Air Conditioning contractor serving the Southeastern PA and South Jersey (including the Jersey Shore) areas. Born in Philadelphia on March 7, 1960, I graduated from Roxborough High School in 1978. After 2 years at St. Joseph's University, I began my life in trades by attending Lyons Technical Institute in Philadelhpia in 1980-1981, studying electricity.

Upon completion of trade school, I accepted a position as a Rail Vehicle Mechanic working on SEPTA's Market-Frankford Elevated Line. During my tenure with SEPTA, I also enlisted in the US Air Force Reserve, where I served as a Flight-Line mechanic on the Air Force's massive C-5 Cargo Planes.

I joined the residential trades in 1992, working in all phases of home construction over a period of ten years before deciding to focus on Heating & Air Conditioning. In addition to manufacturer's training seminars for numerous products, I attended night school at North Montco Technical Career Center, where I obtained EPA Universal Certification for handling of refrigerants.

I have been focused on the HVAC and plumbing businesses since 2006. My Philosophy in the HVAC business involves attention to detail, careful concentration, and preparation including "the right tools for the job."

My experience in the trades in business and in interaction and communication with customers, supply companies, building inspectors and manufacturers make me fully capable of handling the unique circumstances that may arise during complex installations and service situations.

I am an authorized installer of Carrier residential Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, Navien ultra-high efficiency boilers and tankless water heaters, Energy Kinetics high efficiency oil-fired boilers, TracPipe and Gas-Tite corrugated stainless steel gas tubing and PEX synthetic plumbing tubing, all state-of-the-art products.

I am a "hands on" owner, on-site for all jobs, performing the technical tasks to make your high-efficiency HVAC equipment perform just right and troubleshooting & fixing problems with existing older systems.

My approach is to provide customers with the information they need to make the best decision for them regarding HVAC purchases. I do not "up sell" or participate in aggressive sales techniques. I am here to help you, and I believe that is the best way to build an effective business. I am a craftsman, not a businessman. I hope to have the opportunity to assist you with your HVAC needs.
